This is the document that is presented to Prospective Buyers, after a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed. The Business Profile's purpose is two-fold:
1. To educate the Prospective Purchaser on the business and its operation, by relaying accurante and relevant information about it;
2. To serve as a marketing and sales tool, in order to entice the Prospective Purchaser to move forward with the enquiry process.
A good Business Profile can often be the very thing that drives a sale to happen - while a bad one (or a lack of one altogether) can often be its undoing. BBMS Media has created 4 types of Business Profiles, to suit different businesses and different marketing campaign budgets.
The Broker lists the business and collects the information required;
The Broker/Firm e-mails BBMS Media the documents required and requests that a specific type of Business Profile be built;
BBMS Media provides a first draft of the content (in a Word file), to allow for easy editing/corrections by the Broker or Seller;
The Broker returns the corrected/amended file to BBMS Media;
BBMS Media adds it to the template, adding graphs and photos and e-mails it back to the Broker;
The Broker/Seller can have one more round of alterations and then the final product is completed.
We understand that getting documents out of Sellers can sometimes be challenging. So, the rule of thumb here is this:
1. The more documents we have, the better the final product will be;
2. Having said that, we will work around whatever we are provided with.
Each type of Business profile will require different documents. Please click on each of the Business Profiles for more details.
